Firas Momani is an award-winning Filmmaker, Illustrator and Designer. He possesses a strong sense of visual design, but his passion for movement is what led to the transition from Graphic Design to Film making. Momani has created numerous films in various mediums ranging from traditional hand-drawn animation, stop-motion animation and live action.
His work in the industry includes directing, designing and animating. Momani is passionate for pushing the medium he’s working on and determined to explore narrative forms in new directions.
Momani has had his films play worldwide in prestigious film festivals such as Toronto International Film Festival, Sundance Film Festival and Rome International Film Festival as well as garnering awards including Best Animated Film and Most Promising Film Director.
